Everybody knows this, but not everyone is doing it. You should bring up your intensity to each and every workout of a week. After you are done with your sets, you can do always more. Either you can breathe and count to ten and then continue or if you are doing some kind of exercise where you can continue but in a shorter range, because you can’t for example fully lock out, because you are so tired than do partial reps, to prolong the burning sensation.

And I almost forgot, a friend of mine who is a personal trainer gave me a really good tip. From what she said, this was one of the best things to keep her on track. She told me, that she had bought this. She bought this herself and also measured her body fat every day and later on only every other day. The fact that she saw progress every day kept her on the diet. If you are serious about this, I suggest to buy this or at least buy some cheap body fat caliper.
