If you want to lose fat faster, it is a good idea to add cardio to your regime. When someone says cardio training, everyone associates that with running on a treadmill. But that doesn’t have to be the case, for optimal fat loss, you need to fight the right cardio training for you. Yes if you like running, you can run for 20 minutes and each time increase it by a few minutes. But if you don’t there is luckily so many more ways to do this. You can do high-intensity cardio sessions. And these are usually under 20 or 30 minutes. HIIT is preferred by many because it elevates your bodyš ability to burn fat long after the workout has ended.
But this also doesn’t mean you should never do steady-state cardio.

And I almost forgot a friend of mine who is a personal trainer gave me a really good tip. From what she said, this was one of the best things to keep her on track. The fact that she saw progress every day kept her on the diet. If you are serious about this, I suggest to buy this or at least buy some cheap body fat caliper.
